2.3 Annual Subscription
Save up to 20% with annual subscription:

3. Payment Methods
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
- Payment Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro
- Online Payments: PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay
- Bank Transfer: BACS transfer (for annual subscriptions only)
- Gift Cards: Frost Fussion gift cards
3.2 Payment Security
All payment transactions are secured using:
- TLS/SSL encryption
- PCI DSS Level 1 certification
- 3D Secure authentication (3DS 2.0)
- Payment data tokenisation
Frost Fussion does not store complete payment card numbers. All payments are processed by certified payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal).
4. Pricing and Invoicing
4.1 Price Information
All prices are displayed in GBP. Each invoice shows:
- Plan price
- Billing period
- Total amount charged
4.2 Business Customers
For business customers, detailed company invoices are available on request.
5. Billing Cycle
5.1 Monthly Subscription
Subscriptions are automatically renewed on the same day of each month. Payment is charged from your chosen payment method.
5.2 Annual Subscription
Payment is charged once at activation and then annually on the same date.
5.3 Invoicing
An invoice will be automatically sent to you by email after each successful payment. Invoices are also available in your account in the "Billing & Payments" section.
6. Changing Subscription
6.1 Upgrading to Higher Plan
You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The change takes effect immediately and you will pay the proportional difference for the remaining days of the current billing period.
6.2 Downgrading to Lower Plan
When downgrading to a lower plan, your current plan will remain active until the end of the paid period. The lower plan will be activated from the next billing period.
6.3 How to Change Subscription
- Log in to your account
- Go to the "Subscription" section
- Select "Change Plan"
- Choose a new plan and confirm the change
7. Cancelling Subscription
7.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time without giving a reason:
- Log in to your account
- Go to the "Subscription" section
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
7.2 After Cancellation
After cancelling your subscription:
- You have access to the service until the end of the paid period
- Automatic renewal will be stopped
- Your account remains active and you can reactivate it at any time
- Your preferences and viewing history remain stored for 12 months
7.3 Cancellation by Frost Fussion
Frost Fussion reserves the right to cancel a subscription in case of:
- Violation of Terms and Conditions
- Non-payment of invoices
- Abuse of service or unauthorised account sharing
- Fraudulent activity
8. Refunds
8.1 Refund Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:
- New User: You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of entering into the contract, if you have not started using the service
- After Starting Use: The right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly consented to the service beginning during the 14-day cancellation period
- Technical Issues: In case of serious technical problems on our side preventing you from using the service, we may provide a proportional refund
8.2 Refund Request
To request a refund, please contact our customer support:

We will process refund requests within 14 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
9. Non-Payment and Reminders
9.1 Failed Payment
If payment fails:
- You will be informed by email and in the app
- We will attempt to retry payment after 3 days
- After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the subscription will be suspended
- You have 30 days to restore payment, otherwise the subscription will be cancelled
9.2 Reminders
You will be informed:
- 3 days before payment date - reminder
- On the day of failed payment - first reminder
- After 7 days - second reminder
- After 14 days - final reminder before suspension
10. Gift Cards
10.1 How They Work
Frost Fussion gift cards are an ideal gift:
- Available in values: £10, £25, £50, £100
- Valid for 12 months from activation
- Can be used for any subscription plan
- Can be purchased online or at selected retailers
10.2 Redeeming Gift Card
- Log in to your account
- Go to the "Redeem Gift Card" section
- Enter the card code
- Credit will be applied to your account
11. Business Subscription
For businesses and organisations we offer special plans with volume discounts:
- 5-10 accounts: 10% discount
- 11-50 accounts: 15% discount
- 51+ accounts: custom quote

12. Price Changes
Frost Fussion reserves the right to change subscription prices. You will be informed of changes at least 30 days in advance by email and notification in the app. The price change will apply from the next billing period.
You have the right to cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect without penalty.
13. Payment Disputes
For any payment disputes or errors on invoices, please contact us within 30 days of invoice issue:

We will resolve disputes within 15 working days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to:
- Financial Ombudsman Service (for payment disputes)
- Citizens Advice Consumer Service
- Trading Standards
14. Free Trial
14.1 Trial Period
New customers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. During the trial:
- Full access to all features of your chosen plan
- No payment required during trial period
- Cancel anytime during trial with no charges
- After trial, subscription automatically converts to paid unless cancelled
14.2 Trial Eligibility
Free trials are available to new customers only. One trial per household. Payment card details required to start trial.
