9. Changes to Terms

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes between the Provider and the User will be resolved primarily through mediation. If mediation is not possible, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of England and Wales in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the contract, provided they have not started using the service.
